Prices are per room per night based on two people sharing. A full English breakfast is included in the price.

Minimum Stay

Unfortunately, in order to alleviate some of the additional cost of living rises we are having to ask that all stays are for a minimum of two nights.

Special Offers

Please check the availability for your desired dates to see if a special offer is applicable. Price reductions are advertised from time to time depending upon the time of year you wish to stay.

Payment

Payment of a deposit of one night's accommodation is required on booking. Cancellation of a booking four or more days before the due date will incur a £15 charge to cover costs. Cancellations 3 or less days before the booking will incur a charge of one night's accommodation.

Check in

Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 11.30am unless by prior arrangement.
